Our videos come in three categories. On The Move are shorts to get you moving every day. Big Night In features performances for a social setting. And Special Features teach a mix of skills and activities. Scroll down to see them all.
Our On The Move videos will get you moving more every day and can be easily adapted for people with differing needs. Each class lasts about five minutes and opens with a short introduction so you can learn key movements before joining in with the music. If you have more time, simply put together a few sessions and work your way through.
